Request a hosted stationPrices are in USD. Applicable tax, delivery or travel, pastries, extended service, and any additional equipment are quoted separately. A 30-guest minimum applies to the standard packages. The chai reserve is extra preparation for your booked quantity; unlimited refills are not included. Larger gatherings are subject to equipment, staffing, venue, and date availability.

Your booking is confirmed after you accept the quote and pay the agreed deposit. We send the payment request after confirming the details.
Please request private gatherings at least 7 days ahead when possible. Public events and larger setups need additional planning. Final guest and pastry counts are due 48 hours before the event. Payment, changes, cancellations, and equipment return arrangements are stated in your written quote.

Our whole-milk Karak chai is sweetened black tea with cardamom, cloves, whole milk, and condensed milk; this option contains milk. The 96oz dairy-free oat option uses oat milk and a dairy-free replacement for condensed milk, made with dairy-free ingredients. For Pasadena pickup, choose whole milk at $75 or dairy-free oat at $80 (+$5). Please tell us about dietary requests and allergies before ordering or booking. Milk alternatives for standard station packages are quoted separately.
For smaller gatherings, request our 96-ounce chai containers. The standard station packages begin at 30 guests. Larger groups, additional rounds of chai, and longer service need a confirmed production and equipment plan.
A stable service table and suitable access for setup. We confirm any power, handwashing, water, and venue requirements before the quote is finalized. Live cooking is available only by prior arrangement and venue approval.
Yes. Include your preferred schedule for office meetings, studio events, or recurring gatherings. We can quote a repeat service plan once the dates, quantity, and location are agreed.
Submitting the form sends a catering request. Your date is reserved only after we confirm availability, agree on your quote, and receive the required payment.
