Who can inquire about a fundraiser?

Schools, student groups, clubs, nonprofits, and community organizers are welcome to share an idea. Tell us who will benefit and how the funds will be used. Every request is reviewed individually.

How much will our fundraiser receive?

Fundraiser terms are agreed individually. Before you promote an approved event, we’ll confirm the donation amount or calculation, which sales qualify, and how the contribution will be handled.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

Reach out as early as you can, especially if you have a particular date in mind. Include an alternative date or let us know if you’re flexible so we can explore availability.

Which Mehfil location can host a fundraiser?

We’re currently considering requests for Pasadena, subject to café availability. Baltimore is paused.

Is a fundraiser the same as a private event or catering?

A fundraiser brings supporters together for a cause; it does not automatically include exclusive use of the café. If you need chai for an event elsewhere or want to discuss a private gathering, visit our catering page and tell us what you have in mind.
